1. Verification

We work to ensure that our suppliers comply with all applicable laws related to human trafficking and forced labor. While we rely on direct communication and relationships with our suppliers, we may use third-party audits or certifications to assess compliance as necessary.

2. Audits

EBSdeals reserves the right to audit suppliers to verify compliance with our standards. These audits may be announced or unannounced and focus on labor practices, safety, and overall ethical compliance.

3. Certification

We require our direct suppliers to certify that materials used in our products comply with applicable labor and trafficking laws in the countries where they operate.

4. Internal Accountability

EBSdeals maintains internal policies for employees and contractors to uphold ethical behavior and ensure compliance with our supply chain standards. Violations of these policies are subject to disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of contracts or employment.

5. Training

We provide training to employees and management responsible for supply chain operations. This training includes awareness of human trafficking, forced labor risks, and the steps to mitigate such risks within our supply chain.
